We work with London’s leading property management companies, housing associations and government offices, and have great references (available upon request). Once we have a job order, you can leave your job to us and we will take care of the rest, and you won't hear from us until the job is complete – by us making your job easier keeps us in the job and that's what we're here to do.

All of our work is fully guaranteed and insured, all workmanship is covered by a 90 day guarantee, and all materials are covered by the manufactures warrantee.

  • We operate a 24 hour turnaround on jobs – for example, if we attend a broken boiler we will have that boiler fixed within 24 hours, and while they are without heat for that 24 hour period we will provide electric heaters

  • Respect for your time – We understand your time is valuable and we can work around your schedule to suit you for when you are home, or if you're not about we are always able to collect keys from you at work or from a neighbour, once again every situation we have UnderControl.

  • Health and Safety – All our engineers are trained and have undergone a training course in Health and Safety, not just for themselves but also for the customer's health and safety.

  • Communication – We will always keep you informed, you will be called 1 hour before we arrive to let you know we're on our way, we will call you after (if you're not at home) to let you know how the job went. Communication is a must, if we're going to be late, we'll call you! If your parts haven't arrived, we'll call you! If we're stuck in traffic, we’ll call you! This goes hand in hand with respecting your time.
